Engineering for Tenant Improvements
Delivering the design vision required significant base building modifications, including slab openings, reinforced slabs, and stair installations. These complex upgrades ensured that the infrastructure could fully support the tenant’s improvements and long-term growth.
Elevated Design & Furnishings
The space was outfitted with glass office fronts, Halcon attorney office furniture, and a carefully considered mix of new and repurposed furnishings—combining sophistication with cost efficiency and sustainability.
