C2C provided Project Management, Relocation Management, and Furniture Management services for the design and construction of Toyota’s new 60,000 square foot government affairs office in Washington, DC.
The project consisted of offices, conference center, support spaces, cafeteria, and roof terrace.
Significant modifications to the base building such as slab openings, reinforced slabs, and stair openings were made to accommodate the tenant improvements.
The project included glass office fronts, Halcon attorney office furniture, and mix of new and reused furniture.
