Redefining the Modern Law Office

Sterne Kessler set out to create the “office of the future”, a workplace that integrates cutting-edge amenities, innovative design, seamless operations, and forward-looking technology. The program includes attorney floors, case rooms, a full conference center, dedicated support spaces, a café, and a roof terrace—all designed to foster collaboration, efficiency, and well-being.

Engineering Base Building Modifications

To accommodate the ambitious tenant improvements, significant base building modifications were required, including slab openings, reinforced slabs, stair installations, and custom café exhaust solutions—transforming the building to match the client’s vision.

Sky Garden & Amenity Expansion

One of the project’s signature features is the 3,500 square foot sky garden, a dramatic expansion of the roof terrace. This outdoor environment integrates conferencing and café spaces, giving attorneys and staff an inspiring place to connect, recharge, and collaborate.

Technology-Driven Workplace

The headquarters features immersive AV technology that ensures equity among videoconferencing participants, custom-developed room wizard systems, and proprietary reservation software for seamless office and meeting room management.

Elevated Design Details

The workplace is enhanced with glass office fronts, custom-fabricated attorney office furniture, and Halcon conference tables, underscoring the firm’s commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
