C2C provided Project Management services for the buildout of Squire Patton Boggs 95,000 square foot office space in New York, New York.

The project consisted of offices, case rooms, conference center, attorney floors, support spaces, cafeteria, and roof terrace.

Significant modifications to the base building such as slab openings, stair openings, and exhaust modification were made to accommodate the tenant improvements.

The project included glass office fronts and Halcon attorney office furniture.

C2C has also completed projects in Phoenix, Arizona as well as Washington, DC.
