CORPORATE INTERIORS

C2C provided Project Management, Relocation Management, and Furniture Management services for the design and construction of ProShares’ 65,000 square foot headquarters.

A Modern, Connected Workplace

The program included a mix of private offices, case rooms, a state-of-the-art conference center, support spaces, a cafeteria, and a roof terrace. At the heart of the project is its signature design feature: a dramatic three-story communicating stair, surrounded by a café, conferencing areas, and breakout spaces—creating a vibrant hub for connection and collaboration.

Engineering for Excellence

Delivering this vision required significant base building modifications, including slab openings, reinforced slabs, stair installations, and customized café exhaust systems. These complex infrastructure upgrades were carefully executed to seamlessly integrate the tenant improvements.

Elevated Design & Furnishings

The workplace was enhanced with glass office fronts, Halcon attorney office furniture, and a thoughtful mix of new and reused furnishings—balancing design sophistication with cost-efficiency and sustainability.

The Result

ProShares’ headquarters embodies a modern, collaborative, and talent-focused environment. With its bold architectural centerpiece and carefully curated design details, the space reflects the firm’s innovative culture while providing a workplace that supports long-term growth.
