ProShares

CORPORATE INTERIORS

C2C provided Project Management, Relocation Management, and Furniture Management services for the design and construction of ProShares new 65,000 square foot headquarters.

The project consisted of offices, case rooms, conference center, support spaces, cafeteria, and roof terrace. The signature element of the project is the three-story communicating stair which is surrounded by a Café, conference space, and break-out areas.

Significant modifications to the base building such as slab openings, reinforced slabs, stair openings, and café exhaust modification were made to accommodate the tenant improvements.

The project included glass office fronts, Halcon attorney office furniture, and mix of new and reused furniture.
