C2C provided Project Management, Relocation Management, and Furniture Management services for the renovation of Morgan Lewis’ 350,000 square foot headquarters.

C2C was tasked with determining the most expeditious and cost effective renovation plan that would minimize the impact to the firms daily operations.

The project consisted of the renovation of 8 occupied floors. The scope included adding glass office fronts, reconfiguring secretarial stations, adding a conference center and auditorium, upgrades to the mechanical system, and a new cafeteria.

Also, the conference rooms were renovated and included new audiovisual systems, telecommunication systems, and security systems.

Significant modifications to the base building such as slab openings, stair openings, and roof deck modification were made to accommodate the tenant improvements.

C2C returned a savings of over $3 million dollars for the project.
