Our charge was to develop the most expeditious and cost-effective renovation plan possible—one that would minimize disruption to the firm’s daily operations while achieving the client’s design and operational goals. Through disciplined planning and early procurement, C2C delivered the project with over $3 million in savings returned to the client.

Complex Renovation Across 8 Occupied Floors

The project required careful sequencing and coordination across eight occupied floors. Scope highlights included:

Installation of glass office fronts for a modern, transparent aesthetic.

Reconfiguration of secretarial stations to improve efficiency and workflow.

Addition of a new conference center and auditorium to support firm-wide meetings and client engagement.

A new cafeteria designed as both an amenity and a gathering hub.

Upgrades to the mechanical system to ensure performance and long-term reliability.

Technology & Infrastructure Enhancements

Conference rooms were fully modernized with state-of-the-art audiovisual systems, telecommunication upgrades, and new security systems—providing a seamless technology backbone for a global practice.

To accommodate tenant improvements, major base building modifications were executed, including slab openings, stair openings, and roof deck modifications, ensuring the infrastructure supported both current and future needs.
