C2C provided Project Management, Relocation Management, and Furniture Management services for the renovation of Mayer Brown’s 167,000 square foot Washington, DC location.

C2C was tasked with determining the most expeditious and cost-effective renovation plan that would allow for an early occupancy and reduced project costs.

The project consisted of the renovation of 7 occupied floors. The scope included adding glass office fronts, reconfiguring secretarial stations, renovating the conference center and reception floor, installing a new communicating stair, and a new cafe.

Also, the conference rooms were renovated and included new audiovisual systems, telecommunication systems, and security systems.

Significant modifications to the base building such as slab openings, stair openings, and a roof deck modification were made to accommodate the tenant improvements.
