C2C is providing Project Management, Relocation Management, and Furniture Management services for the design and construction of Davis Polk’s new 80,000 square foot Washington, DC location.
Challenge
Davis Polk required a headquarters that combined efficient workspaces with collaborative and client-focused environments. The project program includes offices, case rooms, a conference center, attorney floors, support spaces, a cafeteria, and a roof terrace. To achieve the tenant improvements, the project required significant base building modifications, including slab openings, reinforced slabs, stair installations, and café exhaust adjustments.
Our Approach
C2C worked closely with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless delivery. We:
Oversaw base building modifications to accommodate tenant improvements.
Managed schedule, budget, and vendor coordination to maintain efficiency and control.
Integrated workplace and furniture planning, including glass office fronts, Halcon attorney office furniture, and two interconnecting stairs.
Expanded the roof terrace to create a 2,500 square foot sky garden with café and conferencing space.

The new headquarters will provide a modern, flexible, and collaborative workplace that meets Davis Polk’s operational and cultural needs.
