BP
CORPORATE INTERIORS
C2C partnered with British Petroleum to deliver their new 15,000 square foot government affairs office, providing Project Management, Relocation Management, and Furniture Management services from concept through completion.
Challenge
British Petroleum required a modern, functional, and highly collaborative workspace that could accommodate a wide range of needs—from executive offices and meeting rooms to hospitality-driven spaces such as a cafeteria and roof terrace. The project also needed to reflect BP’s commitment to sustainability and innovation, as it was being built within a mass timber addition to an existing building.
Our Approach
C2C worked closely with the design and construction teams to align goals, manage budgets, and ensure seamless execution. We coordinated all phases of the project, including vendor management and procurement, while maintaining a strong focus on design integrity and operational efficiency.
Results
The finished office features private offices, a state-of-the-art conference center, support spaces, a cafeteria, and a roof terrace, all thoughtfully designed to enhance collaboration and productivity. Distinctive design elements—such as Unifor office fronts, demountable conference room walls, and Knoll furniture—bring a sophisticated, modern character to the workplace.
Through our comprehensive management approach, C2C ensured the project was delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with BP’s vision for a sustainable, forward-looking workplace.
