CORPORATE INTERIORS

C2C provided Project Management, Relocation Management, and Furniture Management services for the design and construction of Becket’s 30,000 square foot headquarters.

Challenge
Becket required a headquarters that supported both private and collaborative work environments. The program included offices, case rooms, a conference center, support spaces, a cafe, and a roof terrace, all designed to foster productivity and engagement.

Our Approach
C2C coordinated with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless execution across all project components. We:

Managed schedule, budget, and vendor coordination to keep the project on track.

Oversaw the integration of workplace planning, furniture, and technology to create a cohesive environment.

Helped identify value engineering alternatives to deliver the project within the tenant improvement allowance.

Results
