CORPORATE INTERIORS

C2C provided Project Management, Relocation Management, and Furniture Management services for the design and construction of Bain’s new 60,000 square foot headquarters.

Challenge
Bain required a headquarters that combined efficient workspaces with collaborative environments to support its professional operations. The project included offices, a conference center, support spaces, a cafeteria, and a roof terrace. Delivering the program required significant base building modifications, including slab openings, reinforced slabs, stair installations, and café exhaust alterations.

Our Approach
C2C worked closely with the design and construction teams to coordinate all aspects of the project. We:

Oversaw base building modifications to accommodate the tenant improvements.

Managed schedule, budget, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution.

Integrated workplace design, furniture planning, and installation, including Unifor office fronts, a custom interconnecting stair, and Knoll furniture, to create a cohesive and functional environment.

Results
The completed headquarters delivers a modern, flexible, and collaborative workspace tailored to Bain’s operational and cultural needs.
