Challenge
Axinn required a new headquarters that would support a variety of legal and professional functions while fostering collaboration and efficiency. The program included private offices, case rooms, a conference center, attorney floors, support spaces, a cafeteria, and a roof terrace. To achieve these goals, the project demanded significant base building modifications such as slab openings, reinforced slabs, stair installations, and café exhaust modifications.
