Challenge
Arent Fox required a headquarters that reflected the firm’s professional identity while supporting a wide variety of functions, including private offices, an auditorium, case rooms, a conference center, attorney floors, support spaces, and a roof terrace. The project also demanded significant base building modifications—such as slab openings, reinforced slabs, stair installations, and roof deck alterations—to accommodate the tenant improvements.
